Our advice :

1. Step 1 : wash your nose regularly with the nasal spray with 7 natural actives - LES 3 CHENES, which leans, releases and protects the airways sensitized by the seasonal respiratory allergy attack.
2. Step 2 : wash or rinse your hair every evening to eliminate the allergenic particles deposited on your hair.

Indications for use :
Oral way. Supplement for adults and children over 3 years only.
