Phytonormyl is a food supplement for sleeping made from rigorously selected plant bases:
- melatonin dosed at 1mg with rapid release for rapid falling asleep.
- lemon balm which promotes falling asleep, relaxation and quality sleep
- ashwagandha with prolonged release lasting 8. Also known as Indian Ginseng, from Ayurveda has been used for thousands of years. It carries out 3 essential actions: promotes falling asleep, contributes to resistance to stress and helps maintain cognitive and physical abilities.
Tips for use:
Use reserved for adults.
Take 1 tablet per day to swallow with a glass of water, before bedtime.
