Indications for use:
Oral use only.
Adult: Take 1 to 2 capsule per day of ERGYTONIC Multicebe multivitamins, in the morning preferably at breakfast for example.
Children from 10 years old and teenagers : 1 capsule per day, in the morning preferably at breakfast for example.
