Instructions for use :
- Adults:
- Background program: 1 tablet daily with a glass of water.
- Moderate Intensity: 1 to 2 tablets daily in one or two shots.
- High Intensity: 2 to 3 tablets daily in one or more doses.
- Children from 6 years: 1 to 2 tablets per day (depending on intensity) in 1 or 2 doses.
