Evening primrose oil contains fatty acids of fundamental interest; they promote the balance between the different prostaglandins and are known to act on the premenstrual syndrome : swelling, painful tensions of the breasts and belly, headaches... Fatty acids also contribute to maintain the flexibility and the elasticity of the skin.
Indications :
- From puberty: 3 capsules in the morning with a large glass of water for 21 days, resume after a stop of 7 days.
- From age 40: 2 capsules in the morning, midday and evening, with a large glass of water, for 21 days, resume after a 7-day stop
- From the menopause: 3 capsules in the morning with a big glass of water during 60 days, to renew after a stop of 7 days.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
