ERGYSTRESS Seren combines rhodiola, which helps the body adapt to transient emotional stress. It can help reduce stress-induced fatigue or associated with excessive mental work, and improve the state of mind. The formula also contains vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9 and C and magnesium that participate in normal psychological functions, as well as L-tryptophan.
