EFFACLAR H Iso-Biome Anti-marks soothing repairing care 200ml - LA ROCHE POSAY is a face cream designed for skin weakened by therapeutic treatments for severe acne, such as the Isotretinoin molecule which can make the skin dry.
Compensating cream for acne treatments formulated with dermatological active ingredients to immediately soothe irritation and redness, strengthen the skin barrier and rebalance the microbiome. Effectiveness up to 7 days after stopping the application.

1.Hydrates durably
EFFACLAR H Iso-Biome dry skin cream includes moisturizing Glycerin and emollient Squalane in its formulation. They keep the skin at an optimal level of hydration for up to 48 hours.

2. Strengthens the skin barrier and rebalances the microbiome
Formulated with active ingredients recognized in skin repair, it includes Vitamin B5 which stimulates cell renewal, Niacinamide and Procerad, which help rebuild the barrier function of the epidermis, Aqua Posæ Filiformis , an anti-inflammatory prebiotic that acts on the skin microbiome, and La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water, which is naturally soothing and restorative. The skin is soothed and the skin barrier is reinforced, ready to better play its role as a protective shield.

The Procerad contained in this cream helps to limit inflammation reactions and therefore acne marks. Bixa Orellana extract inhibits the hyperkeratinization responsible for the obstruction of pores, and lowers the activity of the sebaceous glands and the production of sebum.
