Peptolap Light refers to a special bovine collagen hydrolysate that brings with it some very amazing benefits unlike most collagen products in circulation. For example, Peptolap Light collagen is one of the collagens with the highest percentage of Type I collagen, which can be of greater importance because Type I collagen is an important and endogenous component of the skin and bone. Moreover, it is a bioactive and highly pure collagen with a natural and enormously high protein content of 90% and with a molecular weight of 2,000 to 5,000 Da. which can thus be very easily utilized and digested by the body. Peptolap Light contains 18 amino acids with a particular predominance of the amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, which thus represent about 50% of the total amino acid content.
