Indication for use : 
Oral way. 
Adults only. 
Take 1 sachet per day for 4 days. Sachet to be dissolved in a large glass of water or taken directly in the mouth. To be repeated if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding : ask your doctor for advice before taking this supplement. 
Keep out of reach and sight of children. 
Keep at room temperature, in a dry place.
