Indications of use :
Take 3 tablets per intake, swallowed with a glass of water, at mealtimes or at the end. Do not exceed 6 tablets daily. The tablets are scored and can be divided in half to make it easier to take.
A box of 30 tablets allows a supplementation of 5 to 10 days.

Conservation : in a cool and dry place.
